Working with Nancy Spewak Designs was our first experience with an interior designer. Over the years, we have worked with Susie Sheahan on our entire home. Beginning with our living room and dining room, she moved on to the bedrooms and baths, and most recently, she led the way on our kitchen renovation. Having an interior designer guide us through the selection process saved time and actually saved money. I want to thank you for staging my house. It really made a difference. I did everything you told me to do. My house was listed on a Wednesday around noon and I had an offer before anyone even saw it, just from the photos, by 4:30 p.m.! They came over the next day and loved it! We had 15 families make appointments and come through that Thursday between 4 and 6:30 p.m. and we received multiple offers! Our neighbors said it looked like a frenzy at our house. Things are progressing very well and we couldn’t be happier.
